With a 25% increase in the number of clients and a 50% expansion in its network of certified distributors, Colecta closed 2024 as the most successful business unit within the eSales Group. Compared to 2023, the platform, designed to optimize sales operations for large industries and retailers, recorded a remarkable 46% growth in revenue by year-end.
According to Colecta’s CEO, Guilherme Costa, one of the main drivers behind this significant growth was the implementation of key strategic projects starting in early 2024. These initiatives addressed the needs of its client base, ensuring greater predictability and efficiency throughout the entire distribution and sales chain. “By conducting detailed studies of our clients’ needs, we invested significant effort into listening to them and conducting complex market research to strategically position Colecta. These actions, coupled with enhanced communication strategies and adjustments to our sales processes, have delivered consistent growth. As a result, we achieved significant milestones in 2024, contributing meaningfully to the managerial decision-making processes of the industries and retailers we serve,” explained Costa.
In 2025, the company plans to introduce two new modules to enhance the platform’s performance: Asset Management and Sales Performance Management for the indirect channel. “Soon, we’ll unveil these innovations to the market, further driving results for our clients and partners in 2025,” Costa announced enthusiastically.
